WHERE WE SHIP

Avanti Mode ships to addresses within Australia. We do not currently ship to other countries.

Avanti Mode is operated by Luxivo, a business registered in the Netherlands. Orders are shipped from Asia.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is free on all Australian orders. There is no minimum order value.

 

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

We process orders within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

The estimated total delivery time is 4–12 business days from the date of purchase, including processing and transit time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier or customs delays.

 

TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after dispatch.

 

DELAYED, MISSING OR DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, email service@avanti-mode.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will help investigate and resolve it.
