REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Avanti Mode is operated by Luxivo, a business registered in the Netherlands. We serve customers in Australia, and our products are shipped internationally through our third-party fulfillment partner, CJdropshipping, in China.
This policy explains our return and refund procedures and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, please email service@avanti-mode.com with your order number and the item you wish to return.
To qualify for a change-of-mind return, items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In their original condition
- Returned with original tags and packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including any applicable customs duties, import taxes or other return-related charges.
We do not charge a restocking fee.
International returns to China can be expensive and may take several weeks to arrive. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage.

Important: Please contact service@avanti-mode.com before sending any items back. Our customer support team will provide return authorization and shipping instructions.
Our return facility is located in China and is separate from our registered business location in the Netherlands.
Please do not send returns to our registered business address in the Netherlands.
FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at service@avanti-mode.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
We recommend including photographs to help us assess the issue quickly.
We will review your request and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
If a return is required for an item covered by the Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantees, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs where required by law.
Your statutory consumer rights are not limited by our 30-day change-of-mind return period.
REFUNDS
Once your eligible change-of-mind return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
After your refund has been processed, it typically takes 3–5 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, refunds and other remedies will be handled in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your order is lost or significantly delayed, please contact service@avanti-mode.com with your order number.
We will investigate the issue with our fulfillment partner and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges for change-of-mind returns.
If you would like a different size, colour or product, you may place a new order and request a return for your original item in accordance with this policy.
For faulty or incorrect items, replacements will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
