REFUND & RETURN POLICY
AT AVANTI MODE, CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS IMPORTANT TO US. THIS POLICY APPLIES ONLY TO ORDERS DELIVERED WITHIN AUSTRALIA, AS WE SHIP EXCLUSIVELY TO AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS.
30-DAY RETURN PERIOD
You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must: be unused and unworn, include all original tags, be in the original packaging, and include a receipt or proof of purchase.
HOW TO START A RETURN
To start a return, please contact us at support@avanti-mode.com. Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with the return shipping address and instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We do not cover or reimburse postage for returned items.
DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. Include photos of: the product, the packaging, and the shipping label. We will replace the item or process a refund where applicable.
REFUND APPROVAL & PROCESSING TIME
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved: your refund will be processed to your original payment method, please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear (processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider). If the item is not eligible for a refund (e.g., worn, damaged, missing tags), we will notify you.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following cannot be returned: Clearance or final-sale items, gift cards, items returned after 30 days or items with signs of wear or use.
EXCHANGES
If you want to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please request a return first.
